Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AmeriFirst Group, a d/b/a of AF Funding LLC ("we", "us"), collects through this website and by phone, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code and state, and what you tell us about your debt (approximate amount, types of debt, and whether you're behind on payments), and the approximate credit score range you choose. We don't check your credit to get it.
• Consent records: whether you agreed to be contacted, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date, time, IP address, browser details and page where you agreed. We keep these to show that we had your permission to contact you.
• Technical information: our web host's standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser types. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.

We don't ask for your Social Security number, account numbers or banking details on this website.

How we use it

• To call, text or email you about the debt review you asked for.
• To connect you with a partner law firm, but only when you agree to it on a call with us.
• To keep records the law requires or permits, including consent and Do Not Call records.
• To prevent spam, fraud and misuse of this website.

Who we share it with

• A partner law firm, when you agree on a call to be connected with one, so it can talk with you about debt relief options. We may be paid for these referrals.
• Service providers who help us run the website, email and phone systems. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
• Legal requirements: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

We do not sell your information to data brokers or unrelated marketers. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with any third party for its own marketing purposes.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Your choices

• Stop contact: reply STOP, tell us on a call, or email info@afgroupnow.com. We'll add you to our internal Do Not Call list.
• Access or deletion: email us to ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. We may keep consent and Do Not Call records where the law allows, so that we can honor your request and show that we followed the law.
• State privacy rights: residents of some states have additional rights over their personal information. Email us and we'll respond as the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and consent records for up to 5 years, because claims about calls and texts can be made years later. After that, we delete them.

Security

This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Lead records are kept outside the public part of our web server. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can access your information.

Children

This website is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
