These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by AF Funding LLC d/b/a AmeriFirst Group ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

1. What we do

AmeriFirst Group is a marketing and referral service. We talk with consumers who ask about debt relief and, with their permission, refer them to partner law firms. We are not a debt settlement company, debt relief provider, credit repair organization, credit counselor, lender or law firm. We don't negotiate with creditors, receive or hold consumer funds, or enroll anyone in a program.

2. No advice

Nothing on this website or said on our calls is legal, tax, credit or financial advice. Talk with a qualified professional about your situation.

3. No guarantee of results

We make no promise that you'll qualify for any program, that a partner firm will accept you, or that any debt will be reduced, settled or resolved, or about how long it would take. Results depend on your creditors, your finances and your state's laws. Debt settlement can hurt your credit, may not stop collection activity or lawsuits, and forgiven debt may be taxable.

4. Fees and compensation

AmeriFirst Group does not charge consumers anything. We may be paid by partner law firms for referrals. Any partner firm must tell you its own fees, and the terms of its program, directly and in writing. Any agreement you make is between you and that firm.

5. Consent to contact

If you submit our form and check the consent box, you agree to be contacted as that box describes. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, telling us on a call, or emailing info@afgroupnow.com. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

6. Accurate information

You agree to give accurate information, and to give only your own phone number and email address. Please don't submit someone else's details.

7. Availability

Our referral services and our partners' programs are not available in every state or for every type of debt.

8. Website content

The content on this site is for general information. We work to keep it accurate but don't guarantee that it is complete or current. Links to other websites, such as government consumer guides, are for convenience. We don't control those sites.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from services provided by any partner firm.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
